It offers a total usable energy capacity of 3.5 kWh and includes 4 integrated IQ8X-BAT microinverters forming a network with a nominal power of 1.28 kW. It offers a backup power function and allows for less dependence on the public distribution grid.

It offers 2 operating modes:

• Smart self-consumption: the IQ Battery 3T dynamically adapts to your solar production, recharging when surplus energy is available. This feature ensures maximum use of solar energy, thus reducing your dependence on the grid.
• Priority for local use: in normal mode, the IQ Battery always prioritizes local energy use, favoring storage or consumption on-site rather than export to the grid. This intelligent approach maximizes efficiency and reduces costs.

*To set up the new Enphase IQ batteries, you must complete the storage training at ENPHASE university accessible through your Enlighten account. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a commissioning code for easy startup. Detailed installation guides are also provided. 

*Commissioning the Enphase IQ Battery requires the simultaneous use of certain accessories:

• 1 Enphase communication kit
• 1 Envoy-S Metered communication gateway
• 1 Enphase Q Relay single-phase or three-phase
