Installation

The LUNA2000-5-E0 can be floor-mounted or with the wall mounting bracket, offering installation flexibility. It has an IP66 protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water, suitable for outdoor use.

Compatibility

This battery is compatible with several Huawei inverter models, including the SUN2000-xKTL-L1 and SUN2000-xKTL-M0 series, among others. It can also work in parallel with another LUNA2000 system to increase the total capacity up to 30kWh.

Performance and operating temperature

The battery operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +55 °C, with optimal energy efficiency. It is designed for quiet operation, with a noise level below 29 dB.

The 6000 charge and discharge cycles ensure an estimated lifespan of 25 years.

Communication and display

It features LED indicators to display the state of charge (SOC), and communicates via RS485 and CAN protocols for parallel operations.

Cooling and humidity

The LUNA2000-5-E0 uses a natural convection cooling system. It can operate in humidity conditions up to 95%.

The battery has a nominal voltage of 450V for a single-phase system and 600V for a three-phase system. The storage capacity is 5kWh and the instantaneous output power is 3.5kW. The package contains 1 x 5kWh battery module, 1 x base, and 2 x side covers.

Scalability

The capacity can be gradually increased by adding other modules, allowing for a total capacity of up to 30 kWh and adapting to your evolving energy needs.
