Originally designed for boat owners, this 5-stage adaptive charging charger has 3 independent full-power outputs that can deliver a combined total of 30A.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to monitor the charger, change its settings, and update it if new software features become available, directly from your smartphone or tablet.
3 Full Power Outputs
The Phoenix Smart has 3 full power outputs for charging 3 battery banks. All outputs can deliver the full nominal output current with a combined total of 30A. This allows you to charge 3 separate battery banks.
Automatic Voltage Compensation
The Phoenix Smart charger compensates for voltage drops occurring on the DC wiring by slightly increasing the output voltage if the DC current increases.
Adaptive Charging Algorithm
The Phoenix Smart charger incorporates a 5-stage adaptive charging algorithm. This adaptive battery management system can be configured for different battery types and automatically optimizes the charging process according to battery usage.
Variable Absorption Time
The absorption time is variable to ensure the battery is fully recharged regardless of capacity or discharge level, and to prevent excessively long periods at a high absorption voltage that accelerate its aging.
BatterySafe Mode
BatterySafe mode prevents deterioration due to excessive gassing by automatically limiting the voltage increase as soon as the gassing voltage has been reached.
Storage Mode
Storage mode reduces battery maintenance and aging when it is not in use. It activates when the battery has not been used for 24 hours and reduces the Float voltage to minimize aging.
Lithium-ion Battery Compatibility
The Phoenix Smart charger can also charge LiFePO4 batteries using a 3-stage adaptive charge.
Fully Programmable Charging Algorithm
The Phoenix Smart charger's charging algorithm can be programmed using Bluetooth or the VE.Direct interface. 3 pre-programmed algorithms can be selected with a simple button.
VE.Direct Interface
The VE.Direct interface allows for a wired data connection to a Color Control panel or a PC.
