Roof-friendly fixing

Installing the hooks is simple and respects your roofing. Fixed directly to the rafters using lag screws, they ensure a solid hold without causing damage. This allows you to enjoy a secure installation without compromising the integrity and watertightness of your roof.

It may be necessary to create notches in the tiles to prevent the upper tiles from lifting. With interlocking tiles, it is also recommended to notch the upper part of the lower tile.

Fixing the aluminum bracket

The aluminum bracket is easily attached to the rail with a hammer screw and to the upper flange of the hook with an Allen screw. Three oblong holes allow for precise rail adjustment, ensuring optimal, stress-free installation. The grooves on the bracket, a toothed nut, and a Grower washer guarantee stability and vibration resistance for durable performance.

⚠️Be sure to respect a tightening torque of 10Nm for the hammer screw

Stainless steel for a firm hold

IZIPV Flat Tile Hooks are made of stainless steel, ensuring exceptional resistance. With a thickness of 5 mm and a width of 30 mm, these hooks offer a firm hold for your solar panels. The mounting bracket is made of 6mm thick aluminum.
