ISY-BOX base (blue square): the starting point for mounting 4 panels on slates

The ISY-BOX base, identified by a blue square marker, is the essential component to start your solar installation on slates. It contains all the necessary hardware to mount 4 solar panels in portrait mode in a single row of 4 columns or in 2 rows of 2 portrait panels. It includes hooks, rails, as well as all the screws and fixings needed for installation, including mounting nuts for micro-inverters.

Example: to install 6 solar panels in the same row, you will need 1 ISY-BOX base (which covers the first 4 panels) and 1 extension box for 2 additional panels. If you want to install 12 panels in 2 rows, you will need 2 ISY-BOX bases to start each row, and 2 extension ISY-BOXes to complete each row. Base boxes (square) and extension boxes (triangle) must be the same color.

To summarize:

Each base box allows for mounting 4 panels in portrait mode in 1 row of 4 or 2 rows of 2.
For each additional row, a new base box is essential.
