Description
Battery capacity gauge, remaining range indicator, and much more
The remaining battery capacity depends on the amp-hours consumed, the discharge current, the
temperature and the age of the battery. To take all these variables into account, complex software algorithms
are necessary.
In addition to basic display options, such as voltage, current and amp-hours consumed, the BMV 702 also displays the state of charge, the remaining range and the power consumption in Watts.
Compared to the BMV-700, the BMV-702 has an additional input that can be programmed to measure the voltage (of a second battery), or the temperature or the midpoint voltage.
Very simple installation
All electrical connections are made via a quick-connect terminal on the shunt's printed circuit board (PCB).
The shunt is connected to the controller with a standard telephone cable (RJ12). Included: RJ12 cable (10 m) and
battery cable with fuse (2 m). No other components are needed.
Other supplied parts include a bezel for a square or round display, a mounting ring for rear mounting, and the necessary screws for front mounting.
Easy to program (with your Smartphone!)
A quick-install menu and a detailed configuration menu with scrolling text help
the user with the various settings.
Alternatively, choose the quick and easy solution: download the Smartphone app (Bluetooth Smart dongle
required)
Bluetooth Smart
Use the Bluetooth Smart dongle to monitor your batteries from Apple or
Android Smartphones, tablets, Macbooks and other devices.
