AC box - 3kW - 20A - 300mA - Technideal

The Cofac 3KW AC box from Technideal is a high-end protection box for your photovoltaic electrical installation. It is designed to protect your installation against overvoltages, short circuits, and insulation faults. It is inserted between the inverter and the electrical panel in order to isolate the photovoltaic installation from your grid. An essential safety point in case of failure, it will also allow you to intervene on your inverter without having to disconnect your house. All our boxes are equipped with components specifically designed for solar systems.

For installations connected to the public grid, AC and DC surge boxes are mandatory, whether you are selling back or not. These elements will ensure your installation complies with standards during the Consuel inspection.

Technical characteristics

The Cofac 3KW AC box is an 8-module model and benefits from IP65-IK07 protection, giving it weather resistance. It is also equipped with a transparent, reversible, and sealable door made of UV-resistant ABS plastic for better visibility of the equipment inside.

It is pre-equipped with the following solar-quality components:

• 25A 300mA 240V Residual Current Device
• 16A 3KVA 230V single-pole modular circuit breaker
• DS215-230/G single-phase compact surge protector
• The assembly is wired with direct connection in H07VK

The electrical diagram and safety stickers are provided.

The TT-TNS neutral system complies with NF EN 61 643-11 standards, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation of your electrical installation.
