VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to:
- A computer (VE.Direct-USB interface cable required).
- Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and other devices (a Bluetooth Smart VE.Direct to L.A. interface dongle is required).
Fully configurable:
- Low battery voltage alarm reset level and trigger (reset level can be set).
- Low battery voltage reset and cut-off level (cut-off level can be set).
- Dynamic cut-off: cut-off level dependent on load frequency.
- Output voltage 210 - 245 V
- Output frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz
- ECO mode on/off and ECO mode detect level (adjustable).
Monitoring:
- Input and output voltage, current load and alarm status.
Proven reliability
The full bridge topology with toroidal transformer has proven its reliability over many years. The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Needed to start high load equipment such as inverters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode, the inverter switches to standby (non-inverted output available on one or more sockets) whenever the load drops below a preset value (minimum load: 15 W). Once in standby, the inverter will switch on briefly (adjustable; default: every 2.5 seconds) to power the load. If the load exceeds the preset level, the inverter will switch on again. In standby, the output voltage is available on one or more sockets.
Remote on-off.
A remote on-off switch can be connected using a two-pole connector, or between the positive pole of the battery and the left contact of the two-pole connector.

To transfer the load to other AC sources: the automatic transfer switch
For our smaller inverter series we recommend the use of our automatic transfer switch Filax. The Filax has a very short transfer time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate uninterrupted.
