Description
VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to:
- A computer (VE.Direct-USB interface cable needed).
- Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and other devices (a Bluetooth Smart dongle communicating with VE.Direct is needed).
Fully configurable:
- Low battery voltage alarm reset level and trigger
- Low battery voltage cutoff and reset level
- Dynamic Cut-off: cut-off voltage dependent on the load
- Output voltage 210 - 245 V
- Output frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz
- ECO mode sensing and ECO mode on/off
Monitoring:
- Input and output voltage, load percentage and alarms
Proven reliability
The full bridge topology with a toroidal transformer has proven its reliability over many years. The inverters are protected against short circuit and overheating, be it by overload or high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Needed to start-up loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby if the load is reduced below a preset level (minimum load: 15 W). When in standby, the inverter will switch on for a short period of time (adjustable; default: every 2,5 seconds). If the load exceeds a preset level, the inverter will switch on again.
Remote on/off.
A remote on/off switch can be connected to a two-pole connector, or between the positive pole of the battery and the left contact of the two-pole connector.

To transfer the load to another AC source: the automatic transfer switch
For our low power inverters we recommend the use of our automatic transfer switch Filax. The Filax has a very short switchover time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate uninterrupted.
