Inverters allow you to power household equipment — 230 V/120 VAC power source required — using "leisure" or "automotive" batteries with a voltage of 12 V, 24 V or 48 VDC.
VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to:
- A computer (VE.Direct-USB interface cable required).
- Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and other devices
(a Bluetooth Smart dongle communicating with VE.Direct is required).
Fully configurable:
- Low battery voltage alarm reset and trigger levels
- Low battery voltage reset and cut-off levels
- Dynamic cut-off: cut-off voltage dependent on load power
- Output voltage 210 - 245 V
- Output frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz
- ECO mode sensing level and ECO mode ON/OFF
Monitoring:
- Input and output voltage, load percentage and alarms
Proven reliability
The full-bridge topology with a toroidal transformer has proven its reliability over many years. The inverters are protected against short circuit and overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Needed to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby if the load drops below a preset level (minimum load: 15 W). Once in standby, the inverter will switch on for a short period of time (adjustable; default: every 2.5 seconds). If the load exceeds a pre-set level, the inverter will remain on.
Remote on/off.
A remote on/off switch can be connected to a two-pole connector, or between the positive pole of the battery and the left contact of the two-pole connector.
To transfer the load to another AC source: the automatic transfer switch
For our low power inverters, we recommend the use of our automatic transfer switch Filax. The Filax has a very fast transfer time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment can continue to operate without interruption.
